Senior Shepherd General Location: Woodlands - Morton Mains, Southland Anquilla Park Farms is a diverse and progressive farming business. We are currently running two operations, 370ha at our home block in Woodlands and 1000ha at our current Lease block near Clinton. Our home block consists of 2,000 Wairere Romney breeding ewes that go to a terminal ram, 1450 Hoggets, 100 1yr bulls, 200 2yr bulls and rear 500 brought-in calves during spring. Nimbedilling Farms of Pingelly Western Australia, require an air seeder operator / general farm hand for the 2026 seeding season. The main role in this position will be operating a Massey Ferguson 8730 tractor pulling a Morris 12m air seeder to establish a 1200ha cropping program. We are a smaller family oriented operation who value our people and what they do for us. We aim to be flexible and make sure that people enjoy their time working with us. Renumeration will be dependant on experience but will be in the range of $30 to $40 per hour. Ngatarua Station is a strong Taihape hill country breeding farm consisting of 1400ha made up of an excellent balance of contour using a grass based system with no winter crops. Our existing  block manager is heading south after 7 years in the business. In that time we have made a transition to a shedding sheep base maternal flock whilst running a large terminal operation on 600ha which he oversaw. The total business runs approximately 9000 sheep alongside 450 breeding cows plus replacements. We incorporate a flexible cattle trading aspect which will see us trade approximately 400 heifers this season.
